Bryan left a career negotiating $100 million contracts in corporate America to open Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition in Fulshear. After losing 25 pounds of fat and gaining 8 pounds of muscle through small, sustainable habits, he became a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, and author of One Minute Fitness. His approach is simple: fitness doesn't have to be extreme. It just has to be consistent.
