We offer three CrossFit class options tailored to your goals, training history, and budget:
Platinum
Unlimited Classes
Our Platinum option provides unlimited access to all of our classes. We offer 6-7 classes per day from Monday to Friday, with one class on Saturday. Class times range from as early as 5:00 AM to as late as 7:30 PM, allowing you the flexibility to attend as many sessions as you’d like.
This option is ideal for those with ambitious fitness goals who want the freedom to train frequently and see maximum results.
Gold
12 Classes Per Month
The Gold option offers 12 classes per month, making it perfect for those who are new to training or prefer a more balanced approach. With consistent attendance, you can expect to see noticeable results within just a few weeks.
This program is an excellent choice for individuals who are easing into a fitness routine while still making significant progress toward their goals.
Nutrition coaching add-on:
For those looking to optimize their results, we offer a Nutrition Coaching Add-on.
This option complements your CrossFit training by customizing your nutrition plan to match your workout regimen, helping you achieve faster, more sustainable progress.

At Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition, we ensure that every new client starts their journey with a strong foundation of personalized support.
This process is designed to help new clients transition smoothly into our group classes while setting them up for long-term success with both fitness and nutrition.

Personalized Training Sessions:
Every new client begins with at least three one-on-one personal training sessions. These sessions are designed to build your confidence and ensure you are prepared to succeed in our group classes. You’ll work directly with a coach who will help you learn the proper techniques, understand the movements, and tailor the exercises to your ability level.
More personal training sessions are available based on your specific goals and needs.

Nutrition Coaching:
In addition to training, you'll receive a one-hour consultation with your nutrition coach. During this session, we’ll assess your current nutrition habits, establish a baseline, and identify areas for improvement.
We offer discounted nutrition coaching sessions for all new joiners, making it easier to prioritize your health right from the start.

Class Integration:
On your first day in class, your CrossFit coach will greet you and give you personalized attention. Your coach will customize each workout to match your fitness level, ensuring you feel comfortable while also challenging yourself appropriately.

Progress Tracking:
Every four weeks, you'll measure your body composition on our InBody machine. This helps you track tangible progress in areas like muscle gain and fat loss.
Additionally, you’ll meet with your coach every 90 days to review your progress, adjust your goals, and address any challenges you’ve faced. This ensures you stay on track and continue making progress toward your fitness and health objectives.

Getting started is simple. Every new member begins with a free consultation and three one-on-one personal training sessions to build confidence and proper technique. From there, you’ll join beginner-friendly group classes that are coached and scaled for all skill levels. You can book your consultation directly on our website or by talking to one of our coaches.

Yes, absolutely. CrossFit is designed to be “universally scalable,” which means anyone can start regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Your coach will adjust every workout to meet you where you are, and your coach will guide you through modifications for strength, endurance, or mobility.
At Blue Eagle, we have members in their teens up to their 90s and every decade in between.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 12 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM Community Workout
Sunday: Closed for recovery and family time

Yes. Every new member starts with our Foundations Program, which includes three personal training sessions and a nutrition consultation. This helps you learn the basics safely, understand how to move correctly, and set realistic goals. Once you complete Foundations, you’ll be ready to join our regular group classes with confidence.

Most gyms near Fulshear offer group classes, but Blue Eagle Fitness is known for its coaching-first approach. Every new member receives individualized attention, quarterly goal reviews, and access to personal training and nutrition coaching. We’re not just a gym… we’re a coaching community focused on long-term progress, not quick fixes.

All of our classes are coach-led because that's the most effective way of delivering results. We only offer classes and personal training. We do not offer an open gym.

Memberships start at $179 per month for group classes, with personal training options starting at $299. We also offer a Nutrition Coaching add-on to accelerate your results. During your consultation, we’ll help you choose the plan that fits your goals and schedule best.
