"Feed well, move well, feel well."
"Feed well, move well, feel well."
Coach Meg came to fitness the way a lot of great coaches do: not through a single dramatic moment, but through a lifetime of showing up. She was swinging a bat before most kids could spell the word "sport," and by 15 she was in the weight room with her brother and cousins, the only girl in the mix and already earning her place there.
It was not until she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition that everything clicked into place. Food and movement, she discovered, are not just tools for performance. They are medicine for the mind and the body. That realization became the foundation of her coaching philosophy in six words: feed well, move well, feel well.
Meg holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 credential, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston. She also earned first place in Novice Women's Wellness through the Natural Fit Federation, a competition she prepared for with the same methodical precision she brings to her clients. In three months of focused preparation, she lost 15 pounds of fat while preserving nearly all of her hard-earned muscle.
She has been through seasons where she felt physically, mentally, and spiritually depleted, and she has come through them stronger and more grounded. That experience is not just backstory. It is the foundation of her empathy.
Her specialties are hypertrophy, deep core training, and rehabilitation, and her coaching style reflects all three: focused, practical, and quietly demanding. Clients describe sessions with Meg as challenging and efficient, the kind of workout where you feel like your time and effort are genuinely being taken seriously. She pays close attention to muscle balance and movement quality, and she believes that when a program is built correctly, results follow naturally.
The results she is proudest of are the ones that change someone's life beyond the gym. One client lost 20 pounds and was able to take knee replacement surgery completely off the table.
Outside the gym, Meg is someone who believes in the power of slowing down. She loves being outdoors, whether that means reading in a hammock, watching clouds move across the sky, or simply lying in the grass and being fully present. She shares her home with three cats and finds deep gratitude in the natural world around her.
If you are walking in for the first time and wondering whether you can actually do this, Meg's message is simple: try your best, as consistently as you can, and keep moving forward. Even a frog hair of progress is still progress.

Meg is the reason I come. I truly believe she cares about my health and wellness. I still am not a fan of exercise, but I feel encouraged and hopeful that this will help me enjoy life and keep up with my grandkids. It is a 40-plus minute drive from my house. I pass about 25 workout places much closer to get to Blue Eagle. That should say it all.

Meg is totally present, pushing when needed, so precise with movements. I have made a lot of progress and it is carrying over in group class. She is so encouraging. I feel like I am aging backwards.

Meg is an excellent trainer. She is knowledgeable. She pays attention. She corrects form. She pushes. I have seen excellent progress over the last six weeks. My only disappointment is that I do not have her for all three of my sessions each week.
