Kids Camp with Coach Ryan
Some summer programs fill time.
This one builds kids.
This June, Blue Eagle is hosting a small, focused kids camp led by Coach Ryan Grant, a former NFL wide receiver who built his career on body control, footwork, and confidence, not just size. The camp details include dates from June 8 through July 1, sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 2 PM, ages 6 to 9, a cost of $200, and just 6 total spots.
Why this kids camp is different
Let’s be honest. A lot of kids spend summer sitting, scrolling, snacking, and slowly losing the momentum they built during the school year.
That is not what this camp is for.
Blue Eagle Kids Camp is not babysitting. It is not random cone drills. It is not an hour of chaos with a whistle.
Every session is built with intention. Coach Ryan designs each workout around the physical skills that actually shape athletic development, including leg strength and power, jumping and landing mechanics, Achilles strength and elasticity, movement patterns, body awareness, and mind-body connection.
That matters because athletic confidence does not begin when a kid makes varsity. It starts much earlier, with how they move, how they land, how they react, and whether they trust their own body.
Meet Coach Ryan Grant
Coach Ryan brings something rare to the room.
Yes, he is a former NFL wide receiver. Yes, he played college football at Tulane. But the real story is not just where he played. It is how he played. According to the camp flyer, he built his career on body control, precise footwork, and confidence. He is also a husband and dad to two kids, which shows up in the way he coaches.
That combination is a big deal.
He understands performance at a high level, but he also understands kids. He knows how to teach, how to connect, and how to focus on the athlete standing right in front of him instead of forcing every child into the same mold.
That is the kind of coach you want around your kid.
What kids will actually work on
Leg strength and power
Strong legs help kids run faster, jump better, and stay more stable when they move. Strength is not just about sports performance. It is about coordination, balance, and confidence.
Jumping and landing mechanics
A lot of kids know how to move fast. Far fewer know how to control that movement. Learning how to jump and land well helps protect joints, improve athleticism, and build better habits early.
Achilles strength and elasticity
This is one of those details most parents never hear about, but it matters. Spring, bounce, quickness, and durability all tie back to how well kids can absorb and produce force.
Movement patterns and body awareness
Kids who learn how to move well now have a better foundation for almost every sport later. They also carry themselves differently. Better movement often creates better confidence.
Mind-body connection
This may be the most overlooked piece of all.
When a child learns how to pay attention to their body, control effort, and move with intention, something clicks. They stop guessing. They start owning their movement.
That confidence carries far beyond sports.
A small kids camp by design
Blue Eagle is keeping this group intentionally small.
There are only 6 spots available. That is not a gimmick. It is a coaching choice. With a smaller group, every child gets more attention, more feedback, and a better experience. Once those 6 spots are filled, registration is closed.
That is one of the biggest differences between a real coaching environment and a crowded kids program.
Small groups let coaches coach.

Why summer movement matters
Summer can go one of two ways.
For a lot of kids, it becomes a season of less movement, less structure, and a slow drift toward lower energy and lower confidence.
Or it can become a season where they get stronger, more coordinated, and more comfortable in their own skin.
That is the real opportunity here.
This is not about creating a seven-year-old scholarship athlete. It is about giving kids a better physical foundation. It is about teaching them how to move with confidence now, so sports, play, and everyday activity feel more natural later.
Most parents say they want their kids to be active. This is what that can actually look like.

Final thought
Most kids spend June and July on the couch.
Yours could spend it learning how to move better, get stronger, and build real confidence under a coach who played at the highest level and still believes the most important athlete in the room is the one standing right in front of him.
Six spots is not many.
That is exactly the point.
