From there, nothing is guesswork. Many of our members also combine personal training with group classes in a hybrid program, using one-on-one sessions to sharpen technique while group classes add energy and community.

Personal training and CrossFit group classes are not mutually exclusive at Blue Eagle. Many of our members combine both into a hybrid program, using one-on-one sessions to refine technique and build their personal plan, while group classes add community energy, variety, and accountability.
