Annabelle's Amazing Graces 5k Run 2026
On April 11, 2026, the community will come together for something bigger than a race. Annabelle’s eighth annual Benefit 5K Run and 1-Mile Walk returns to No Label Brewery, and it promises a powerful mix of movement, music, family fun, and generosity.
This event exists for one reason: to fund life-changing GNAO1 research and give families real hope. Thanks to incredible community support, last year’s event raised $125,000, with 100 % of proceeds going directly to research through The Bow Foundation.
This year, we’re doing it again. Bigger hearts, bigger impact.

Why This Race Matters
In 2025 alone, Annabelle’s Amazing Graces donated $125,000 to GNAO1 research. That funding helped launch new studies and move the science forward, not just for Annabelle, but for children around the world living with this rare genetic mutation.
This race is proof that when a community shows up together, real progress happens.
As Annabelle’s mom, Shelley van Deursen, shares, this event is about gratitude, hope, and momentum. Every step taken on race day pushes research one step closer to answers.
Annabelle is a local Fulshear kid who attends Amy Campbell Elementary with my daughter, Ariana.
